Career Keys is a not-for-profit organisation that aims to support young people, parents, businesses and the community to develop the confidence in life, social and work skills to successfully achieve their personal and professional goals.

We are committed to delivering the highest quality career transition support, career development, training and employment services while providing our customers with the opportunity to explore their potential and develop personal solutions.

With our membership and staff made up of dedicated people with a strong sense of community spirit, Career Keys is an organisation built on a caring and united approach to providing services to our customers.

All of our training courses are facilitated by industry experienced professionals. Today people all over Australia have successfully completed our courses and are enjoying working as youth workers, teacher aides, careers and employment advisers, in the community services sector, and in the aged care industry.

Our four main divisions are:

• Career Services,
• Employment Services,
• Training Services, and
• Support Services

We also run our ‘Style It Up’ Salon – providing students valuable work experience while working alongside trained professionals, and providing the community a value for money true salon experience. All profits are invested back into the community.
